Wheelchair-bound
I used to say Namine is “wheelchair-bound,” but now I am more careful with my words. Now I say she uses a wheelchair. It doesn’t bind her, it gives her more freedom.

Tour de Force kickoff
The kickoff event for the Milwaukee Ballet’s Tour de Force program was today. Namine and her friends from the Glissade class performed their dance again.

Moving in tennis
Namine has started to learn moving and hitting the ball in her adaptive tennis class.

Attending a second school
Namine is attending a new school! She’s also still attending the RVA.

Back to basketball
Namine hasn’t been to basketball practice in a while, due in part to holiday craziness and in part to medical things like getting her teeth pulled. She was happy to return.
