Matters of heart
We let Namine wheel herself into church yesterday morning, and she could not have been happier. For most of the church service, she sat still on the floor, hands folded, and listened to pastor. She also likes to page through the hymnal, looking at the music.

A trip to the pumpkin farm
Yesterday we took Namine to a pumpkin farm. It was a vertitable parade – me, Jessica, Namine, my sister, my mom and dad, one of Jessica’s sisters, and her mom. We had a lot of fun. Namine had a blast, especially on the hay ride.

Bathtime with Namine
I love talking about Namine. Can you tell? She’s growing so fast! Not so long ago, it seems, we were giving her baths on the kitchen counter in a bucket. (Don’t laugh.)

In love’s own words
As Namine gets older, she gets ever more independent. But even as she grows, learns, and develops, the little things she says and does remind us that she is our little love. She is God’s gift to us, and we treasure her more each day.

Allergy test today
Today Namine had an allergy test at the hospital, but as usual, we got a little more excitement than we bargained for. She threw up at the clinic, so I had to call my mom to bring some spare clothes. (Of course I was stuck at work, otherwise I would have done it myself.)

Sounding things out
See that shirt? I have that shirt. It’s one of Namine’s favorites, because it has what she calls “chickies” on it. The other day, I was wearing it and Namine pointed to the pictures.
