Flashback Friday: baseball
With Namine’s first full season of the YMCA Miracle League baseball coming to a close, I thought was only appropriate to do a #ff post.
-

Last baseball game
Tonight was the last Miracle League baseball game.
-

Back to baseball
Namine loved being back at baseball.
-

Water bags to repel flies
Keep away flies with this one trick! (I really despise clickbait taglines, but it’s true this time.)
-

Eighth birthday party
Namine celebrated her eighth birthday today!
-

Back to basketball
Namine was very happy to return to basketball after two weeks of vacation.
-

Atlanta Zoo
We had a great time at the Atlanta Zoo!
-

Myakka Park
We all went to Myakka River State Park for walkies and a boat ride. We saw more wild alligators than we’ve ever seen before in one trip.
-

Swimming with water wings
Tonight was the second time ever that Namine has swam with water wings by herself.
-

Birthday on the road
Today Namine turned eight years old. We can hardly believe it! There was little celebration today, because we were still on the road to my parents’ condo in Florida. But we still celebrated this morning with hotel waffles, and this evening at dinner.
-

Hellen Keller’s home
On our way down to Florida, we stopped in Tuscumbia, Alabama, to visit Ivy Green, the childhood home of Helen Keller.

Baseball and pictures
After last night’s Miracle League baseball game, they took professional pictures of all the players.
