Namine had a wonderful time rolling down the runway in her second fashion show!
Today is National Walking Day . As it happens, Namine had physical therapy today, too. Namine tells anyone who will listen that her lifelong dream is to walk on her own. Because she was born with Caudal Regression Syndrome, her legs cannot yet support her weight. She’s not about to let that stop her, though!
Namine learned to serve in her tennis lesson, and then played (and won) a match against her coach. (Ten points to the Hogwarts house of your choice if you got the reference.)
The kickoff event for the Milwaukee Ballet’s Tour de Force program was today. Namine and her friends from the Glissade class performed their dance again.
Namine has started to learn moving and hitting the ball in her adaptive tennis class.
Namine performed with her classmates at a fundraising event for the Milwaukee Ballet.
Namine’s coaches have her working on arm strength.
Namine had a full day of sports!
Namine took part in her school’s production of Romeo & Juliet.
We had a great time celebrating Christmas with both sides of the family.
