Namine brought her new bike to therapy.
I promise I didn’t just type random words in the title. Really.
Today in therapy, Namine got to try something new.
We had two picnics to attend today: one for the Herma Heart Center, and the other for the Variety Club.
Namine was welcomed — I should say swarmed — by her dance mates on her first day back since breaking her leg. The way they welcomed her, I could tell she was missed.
Namine got her cast off today, but her leg is still broken.
I subscribe to some writing prompt newsletters. This morning’s contained an unusual directive. “You must use this word, in whatever context you like, in today’s prompt: kvell.”
I can’t help but think, Why couldn’t her school have been like this?
Namine asked for one thing in particular: her very own kitchen.
Namine was tired after dance class, but happy.
