Our week with Namine’s cousin was coming to a close. Before we brought her back home, though, Namine had a tennis session. In the first half of it, Namine and her friends worked on their movement. It’s difficult for Namine to wheel with a racket in her hand, but that’s what practice is for.
In the latter half of practice, Namine and a friend each paired up with a volunteer to play a doubles game. For the first time, however, she started to learn the (complicated) rules of tennis. They still spent more time hitting the ball back and forth, but they did pause between serves to explain the scoring.
