There was no baseball game last week, due to a high heat index. Miracle League consists of many medically fragile children and teens; however much fun it is, keeping them away in the name of safety is paramount. Fortunately, it wasn’t excessively hot for this last game.
As is the Miracle League tradition, players were awarded their medals after the game was over. Namine’s smile could not have been bigger.
