When we were still in Georgia, a fly entered our car. We thought we shooed him out, but this morning as we got into the car, there he was. I hope he’s grateful for the free vacation trip. He’d be less grateful if he’s still in the car for the trip back up north, I think.

We crossed the Florida border some time in the afternoon yesterday, but we didn’t arrive at the condo until eight. Namine was quite patient and well-behaved for the entire trip, although she did start to get a little antsy once it got dark.

When we crossed the border, we stopped at a tourist stop for a potty break and picked up some brochures. It was a balmy 65 degrees when we got out of the car!
