Our ALS ice bucket challenge

It’s been more than the typical “24 hours to respond” since Jessica and I got our nominations to participate in the ice bucket challenge for ALS awareness, but here we are.

I think it’s important to note that even though all three of us — Jessica, Namine, and myself — have participated in the “ice bucket challenge,” it’s awareness of ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease) that’s important. You don’t have to dump water — ice or otherwise — on your head, certainly. But anything you can contribute, even if it’s just word of mouth, could be enough to make a difference.

So please, pass it on.
