On her last day with us before we brought her home, Namine’s cousin came with us to Namine’s tennis practice. Of course, we had a racket for her to use, like last time — she just used the racket that Namine outgrew.
It was exceedingly hot that morning, which gave way into an even hotter afternoon. We brought plenty of water, since we already had a giant case of water bottles we’d bought for our vacation. We also had packed some cooling towels, which we still had with us in the car. Those came in handy, as we gave one to each of the girls to help cool them off — even if it was just a little bit.
