For the first time in a long time, we headed to Miller Stadium American Family Field (seriously guys, stick with a single name) to attend a Brewers game. As before, our tickets were provided to us by Variety, a charity group dedicated to helping out families with disabilities.
Our seats were in the ADA section — they always are, thanks to Variety — but they were still quite a ways from the entrance. As a result, the game had already been going on for some time once we got settled in. That’s okay though, because we still had plenty of game to go.
On that topic, as is our tradition, we got a “nacho helmet” — a literal plastic baseball helmet filled with chips, cheese, and other accoutrements that one associates with such things.
