Learning new skills

Namine learned to use a knife to cut food in therapy. She got to practice again when we had breakfast for dinner.

The other day, Namine was introduced for the first time to cutting food with a knife and fork. Considering that it was only her second time ever with dinner, she did pretty well.

She accidentally turned the knife upside down a couple times, so I explained to her what serration is, and how it works. She seemed to understand it, and she made sure to keep the knife the right way for the rest of the meal.
