We got all set up to bake some cookies, but then we realized that we didn’t have any butter. Thanks to some quick thinking on Jessica’s part, though, we settled on a new recipe: a modified box cake mix would serve nicely to make some mini cookies.
Jessica and Namine made the mix, then all three of us decorated the cookies before putting them in the oven. We had mini chocolate chips and mini M&M’s!
The cookies were indeed quite cakey. That’s not a bad thing, though — since they were so small, it was hard to stop eating them!
