We love the YMCA Miracle League, and Namine always has a lot of fun. Every child has an adult companion (which the Miracle League calls Buddies) that helps them bat if they want — Namine usually doesn’t — and runs around the bases with them. Namine, not being a shy child, always looks forward to meeting her new Buddy each season. “I love making new friends,” she says.
