Namine was helping my aunt make donuts. She understood that she needed to dust the cutter in floor, but she didn’t know why.
Namine asked, “Why is dough sticky?”
Jessica said, “Because it has gluten in it.”
“What’s a gluten?”
“It’s… a chemical imbalance. The only way to treat it is to fry it.”
Makes sense to me.
