Long-distance Uno

Namine and a couple friends had a virtual play date with a card game.

The coronavirus pandemic has forced people to stay inside, but that doesn’t have to mean the end of play dates. Namine and a couple friends arranged a Zoom ↗️ call for a friendly game of Uno.

I might be showing my age here, but it kind of reminds me of my Game Boy days. To be able to play multiplayer games, each player had to own a Game Boy and a copy of the game in question. (I think Nintendo only required one player to own the game for later systems like the DS.)

But I digress. In a similar fashion, Namine and her friends of course each needed to have their own copy of Uno. The only version we could find here was Jelly Belly Uno, but a wink’s as good as a nod to a blind horse, as the saying goes. Namine and her friends had a lot of fun playing long-distance.
