I’m back on track.
I didn’t do push ups tonight.
Nothing special about tonight’s push ups. I’m still not able to get past 25 in a set.
Tonight’s sets were slightly better than yesterday’s.
I didn’t do as many in a set tonight, but I feel like I’ve made progress anyway.
I did slightly better tonight, but my arms are shaking more than ever.
I’m back on schedule.
I didn’t do push ups this evening.
I was too lazy to take a video of myself, but not too lazy to do 100 push ups.
I corrected my push up form a little more tonight, and I am a little (okay, a lot) more sore as a result.
