We had a busy couple days celebrating Christmas with family.
Namine and I went to see the Nutcracker on Christmas Eve.
We spent an evening over at Jessica’s sisters’ to celebrate a couple birthdays. (Happy birthday, sweetie!) There are some steps up into where they live, so I did what I usually do: I carried Namine up in her wheelchair.
Namine and her cousin decorated cookies.
We’re a little late, but we got the tree up!
Fun for the grown-ups as well as the kids.
We had a great time celebrating Christmas Eve at my parents’ house.
When Namine was asked what she wanted, she said “experiences, not things.” This was her first Christmas experience.
Our success rate for making gingerbread houses has not been all that great in the past, but we don’t care. We have fun making them all the same.
Namine had an impromptu piano recital for her great grandpa. When we came home, we put up the tree.
