Namine gave herself a research assignment on rattlesnakes. She had asked me some questions about them which neither I nor Jessica could answer, so she decided to do some research. Not only that, but she decided to write down her answers in the form of a presentation, not unlike the ones she’s given to classmates in the past.
When Namine gave her first draft of the report to Jessica and myself, we had questions that she couldn’t answer. This, I said, was the beauty of peer reviews: they help us to improve. So Namine went back to her research, refined her report, and delivered it to us again. We gave her two thumbs up. ?
