I didn’t do as many in a set tonight, but I feel like I’ve made progress anyway.

For whatever reason, I felt a little more sore tonight, and that was before I even started. In my first set of push ups, I couldn’t go past 20. I decided to go with that.

By the time I got to the twentieth push up in each set, my arms were shaking quite a bit, yessiryoubetcha. But that was nothing that five minutes’ running in place wouldn’t solve.
