I’m back on schedule.

I felt pretty awful all day today about having skipped my push ups yesterday. I don’t just mean I regretted not doing them; I did, but I mean I actually physically felt worse. So no matter how tired I was, I wasn’t about to skip out again.

As it turns out, though, I think the rest day did me some good. A couple nights ago, I could only do ten “good form” push ups before my shaking arms called it quits. But tonight, I was able to do reps of between 15 and 20 push ups each. (I started out with 20, then had to back down to 15 because my poor arms couldn’t take it.)
