Just another day of push ups.

Nothing too special to report tonight. I didn’t try anything new, and I didn’t fail spectacularly, either. I kept to my routine of four sets of 25 push ups, with five minutes of running in between.

I didn’t have any problems getting to the end of each set, so maybe in a few days I’ll try for the 35-35-30 sets again.
