Tonight seemed much more difficult. I’m not sure why.

I stuck to my 25 push ups per set, with five minutes of running in place in between. But for some reason, I was much more out of breath, and my arms were shaking — like, really shaking — by the time I was done.

I don’t know if it’s just the fact that I’ve been doing this non-stop, with no break days, or if it’s just been an off-day for me. We’ll see what tomorrow brings.
