I decided to push myself in a slightly different direction tonight.

Instead of 20 push ups per set with three minutes of running in place (that was last night), tonight I did four sets of 25 push ups with five minutes of running in place in between.

Tonight marks the first week of having done 100 push ups a night. When I started out, I was out of breath and my heart rate was in the 130s (and that’s probably being generous) by the time I finished. Tonight, my heart rate was 115 when I finished.
