Another day, another 100 push ups. This was, however, the first day where I was able to establish some real rhythm.

The past five days have been sort of haphazard, with me cranking out as many push ups as I could before collapsing. Tonight, I was able to do all sets with the same number of push ups. I did five sets of 20 push ups each, with three minutes of jogging in place in between each set.
