2014 in review
I started out the year writing about Wolff’s Law. It seems fitting now, seeing how Namine has grown, and continues to grow — despite the assurances of doctors.
-
Getting taller
Jessica sent me some pictures of Namine in therapy yesterday. I was amazed at how tall Namine is getting.
-
Labels are dumb
I’ve taken issue with McDonald’s labelling their toys for a while now. Namine proved me right.
-
In loving memory
Today is my father-in-law’s birthday, may he rest in peace. We celebrated by making an applesauce cake.
-
Two days of Christmas
Driving back and forth between families is not usually looked upon as the best part of the holidays, but we had a lot of fun these past two days.
-
Christmas dress
We didn’t have the chance to go shopping for Namine’s Christmas dress until this past weekend. By this point, most stores have already moved onto Spring clothing, so Christmas clothing was in short supply.
-
Makin’ breffess
Jessica hates it when I call breakfast “breffess.” It’s just a bit of silliness. What wasn’t silliness was my attempt at a new breakfast food: pancakes.
-
Piano recital
Namine’s piano recital has come and gone, and she played very well.
-
Cardiology
Namine had a follow-up to the Fontan procedure.
-
Panel View for Keep 2.4
I pushed what is probably the last update for a while to the Chrome Store.
-
Upcoming piano recital
As we get closer to Christmas, we get closer to Namine’s piano recital.
-
Therapy morning
I just want my bed, please.
