Sticky Notes for Chrome is a locally installed web app, not a website, so your notes are always available, even if an Internet connection is not. Check out the features below or download the app and see for yourself. Feel free to ask a question or vote on upcoming features.
Custom Colors
You’re not limited to some small choice of colors anymore. Pick any shade from the built-in color picker and take back your notes.
Custom Background
Sure, you could go with that default wood grain background. It looks nice, and that’s why it’s the default. But if you want to use a picture of your own, you should be able to use that too. Sticky Notes comes loaded with a huge variety of backgrounds, from textures to patterns, but you can also enter the URL for your own image. Take that, default background.
Note Filtering
If you’re like me, you’ve got a ton of notes. I mean a ton. If you lost a note somewhere in that mess on your screen, find it with the note filter. Type part of its title or note text and locate it quickly.
Custom Fonts
Why should you be limited to Arial? Or Helvetica? Or – shudder – Comic Sans? Why shouldn’t you be able to pick from a variety of fonts? Now you can.
Collapsible Notes
Sometimes you need to conserve some space. Maybe there’s just too much clutter. So collapse your notes, showing only the title, and expand it only when you want it again.
Grid View
When all your notes are overlapping each other and dragging each one out is just too much hassle, you just want to see your notes. Enable grid view to see them all next to each other.
