I consider this Namine’s first real boat ride, though she contends that it’s her second. (The first, she says, was the ferry across a lake to The Magic Kingdom in Disney World.) Even before we got on the boat, we saw two alligators in the river.
After the boat ride, we went on a couple walks. One was through a woodsy area, and another across a boardwalk. We saw all kinds of wildlife — feral pigs, hawks, vultures, deer, and, of course, alligators. The gators were all in the water, and, it being in the middle of the hot day, just lazing about. (That was just fine with us.)
